✨ Serving Naperville & DuPage County

A club where
every girl
belongs

Small, private classes teaching pre-teen girls about puberty, development, and body education — with love, joy, and zero awkwardness.

Girls Club Naperville

Every girl deserves to understand her body with confidence — to know that what she's experiencing is normal, beautiful, and worth celebrating.

Education that empowers, not embarrasses

Girls Club is a small-group class series for pre-teen girls, right here in the Naperville area. Classes take place in a warm, welcoming private setting where girls can ask questions freely, share openly, and learn that their bodies are something to celebrate — not hide.

Classes are kept intentionally small to build genuine trust and community. This isn't a lecture — it's a circle of girls learning and growing together.

Meet Your Instructor

Hi, I'm Gina! I'm a Naperville-based educator, mentor, and mom who is passionate about helping young women navigate puberty and body development with confidence, knowledge, and joy. I believe these important conversations deserve to be approached with warmth, accuracy, and zero shame.

Throughout my career as a high school teacher, I've loved creating spaces where young people feel comfortable asking questions, learning about themselves, and building confidence in who they are becoming. As a mom of three daughters, I understand both the excitement and uncertainty that can come with the tween years. Girls deserve honest, age-appropriate information about their changing bodies, emotions, friendships, and self-image in a way that is positive, empowering, and free from embarrassment.

My goal is to create a welcoming environment where girls can learn, laugh, ask questions, and discover that growing up isn't something to fear — it's something to celebrate. Through Girls Club, we focus on building confidence, fostering meaningful friendships, and helping girls understand and appreciate the incredible changes happening in their bodies and lives. Every girl should leave feeling informed, empowered, and proud of who she is.

Classes are intentionally kept small — typically 8 to 12 girls — so every participant has space to speak, ask questions, and feel genuinely seen. This is not a lecture; it's a community.
Do parents attend?+
Classes are for girls only, which helps create an open environment where they feel free to ask questions without self-consciousness. Parents are always welcome to connect before and after, and I'm happy to share what we covered so you can continue the conversation at home.
What age is right for which class?+
The Foundations curriculum is designed for girls ages 8–10 (generally 3rd–5th grade). The Growing Deeper curriculum is for girls ages 10–13 (generally 5th–8th grade). If you're unsure, reach out and we'll figure out what makes sense for your daughter.
